For me, it is all about Soul. Soul of the person, place, or object. I strive to capture a moment, an emotion, a pose, the quiet, the loud – and share it with the world.

Biography

I started my journey in art as a child and in my young teenage years, I drifted away from art. In college I always wanted to take an art course, but could not find the time in my schedule. Fast forward 15 years. In 2018 I decided to try art once more, and focused on watercolor. Through daily practice and a few online courses I have expanded my skills to include portraits and oil painting. I am an exhibiting artist with the Gallery Underground in Arlington VA.  I am a full-time physics teacher for Arlington Public schools. I live in Arlington with my husband and two children.
